Richard Denoon

Managing Director

Richard is a qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor, with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has worked with Swindon Interiors since its inception in 2012. Previously, Richard was appointed Commercial Director to provide professional commercial support to the growing team. As Swindon Interiors continue to build their track record for design and build services to the cinema industry, Richard’s knowledge and experience will provide valuable support in areas of budget and time management.

Mike Woodage

Project Director

Mike is a construction professional, with over 38 years experience. His expanding project list and easy demeanour has seen him develop long term relationships within his industry, and affords him a lot of repeat business. Mike has been nominated twice for Construction Manager of the Year, reaching the finals of this prestigious award in both 2006 and 2011. Mike is responsible for the fit-out side of the business, and his can-do attitude and determination is a confidence bred of his extensive construction and fit-out experience.

Steve Woodruffe

Project Director

Steve is apprentice trained and qualified. He was a self-employed contractor from the age of 21, carrying out industrial and commercial installations for projects from schools to High Street retailers. He subsequently joined an international company on the design team for complete overseas mini villages. Steve joined Colin in the early 90s and they have worked together since then. Steve brings his vast construction experience to Swindon Interiors, his responsibilities include the coordination of the M+E services and he works closely with both Colin and Mike to deliver their clients’ visions.

Alex Blackmore

Contracts Director

Since joining the team in 2014, Alex has been involved with multiple key projects including Swindon Cineworld and Silverburn Glasgow. Alex is involved with projects of all sizes and values continues to demonstrate his self-discipline and personal organisation when working as a part of the team. He has completed the Nebosh Health & Safety National Construction Certificate which provides a solid foundation upon which he continues to build his health and safety expertise. With a degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences from his time at Kingston University, he is a responsible individual and a good team player.

More recently Alex has achieved a prestigious promotion to Contracts Director which will enable him to work more closely with Project Directors to ensure that the direction and scope of each project is carried out to the exacting and demanding standards dictated within the industry. Alex’s aim moving forward, is to develop his role to service and exceed the needs of clients within the leisure and office industries. He continues his personal development and has recently completed the APM PMQ qualification.

Alex says he is excited and proud to have been given the opportunity to progress the ongoing growth and expansion of Swindon Interiors and looks forward to the future.

Dave Parry

Operations Director

Dave is a Chartered Construction Manager with over 30 years’ experience in construction. Having held regional board level positions in local and national main contractors, Dave brings a wealth of experience, particularly in the technical roles of design management and planning as well as preconstruction and project delivery.

Dave is no stranger to cinema work having been responsible for several shell and fit out projects and has previously worked with many of the founder members of Swindon Interiors, their clients, supply chain and design consultants. He focusses on understanding the needs of the clients and end users and ensuring these needs are met by the project team, from first contact through to aftercare.

Lynsey Moss

Project Manager

Lynsey is one of our Project Managers offering valuable assistance in all areas of the business, from health and safety to on-site support.

She works closely with the project directors to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, in budget and complies with all health and safety requirements.

Lynsey studied at The University of Hull where she achieved a BA in English Literature. She also holds both the Nebosh National General Certificate in occupational health and safety and the Nebosh National Construction Certificate. Lynsey is currently studying Civil Engineering at Leeds Beckett University which will expand her technical knowledge. As Swindon Interiors continue to grow and expand their client base Lynsey continues to add value and support to the team around her.

Josh Wilcock

Assistant Surveyor

With skills and qualifications in construction, Josh is a welcome addition to the team. With over 7 years’ experience in construction and many transferable skills, he is enjoying his role in the commercial department, assisting Richard Denoon and Alex Blackmore with many high-profile projects.

Josh is Swindon based and says he is looking forward to expanding his experience and knowledge within Swindon Interiors as the company continues to grow and adds more prestigious projects to its portfolio.
