SAFETY IN DESIGN AND INSTALLATION

All systems designed or installed by Swindon Interiors are to be installed and maintained safely. As designers/installers we are part of the professional design team and are obliged to comply with the requirements of the CDM regulations, including the preparation of designers’ risk assessments.

In preparing the design for building services, we have a duty to consider and reduce hazards and risks arising from the construction and maintenance of those installations and to make it easier for us and our sub-contractors to devise safe systems of work.

Any special precautions required, due to non-standard or unusual situations will be highlighted in the risk assessments. Swindon Interiors employs an in-house NEBOSH qualified health & safety manager to oversee and advise on all RAMs issues.
